United Wardrobe is growing at lightning speed and is always looking for new talented team members to join the 25-people team. To serve its 1.3 million users better, United Wardrobe is looking for a CRM Manager who plays a very important role in the future growth of the company. 


About the job

  • You have a strong vision on how CRM should be done and you will set the CRM strategy from the ground up. 

  • You create the tool kit with the best CRM tools there are available

  • You set up creative Email, Push and In-app campaigns across the whole customer journey

  •  You set-up A/B test to get to know the added value of your experiments and analyses the results to get deeper insights on why something worked (or didn’t). 

  • In the next year, you will set the first steps in building your own CRM team.

  • You report the results, insights and learnings weekly to CMO Rick and have a weekly meeting with Performance Marketing Manager Joel and Influencer Marketing Manager Thijs. 

  • You work closely together with Performance Marketing Manager Joel on campaigns to existing users on paid channels: for example Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising and Google Adwords. 

About you

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as CRM Manager at a fast growth internet start-up (preferably a consumer app or marketplace). In this job you had the full responsibility and ownership of the CRM performance.

  • You know how to build a CRM strategy from the ground up. You understand how the goals of the CRM team are aligned with the company goals and you are able to switch from strategic to tactical and operational level.

  • You are super data-driven and you are only implementing new campaigns or improvements if you know you can test the results. You know all the ins and outs of cohort analyses, use A/B tests to validate your ideas and love to dig in data to find new insights.

  • You are hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty: you are the first hire in the CRM team so in the first months you need to do all the work on your own. You work yourself in the CRM system, set-up new campaigns, create experiments around those campaign and analyse results

  • You have a growth hacking mentality: you are curious, data-driven and super result oriented. You like to dig deep in data, turn your insights in hypotheses, run experiments to prove your expected results and analyze results to learn more.

  • You have great copywriting skills in your native language and you are fluent in English (writing and speaking)

  • You are a pro in optimizing the deliverability to our users. You know how to select the right Infrastructure, work on our Sender Reputation and take care of our Authentication.

  • You have a strong technical basis: you can work in HTML to create your own campaigns and you know how to work with SQL to do your data analysis.
